We have found that many prospective accounts have already decided what they want and are just looking for someone to do the work for them. And it may seem like an entirely reasonable expectation. But you wouldn't go to a doctor and say "I think I need a kidney transplant and I don't want any pills after the surgery, how much?"
When their idea is based on something they saw someone else do, heard about on TV, or read about in a magazine, this can become a problem. We are not interested in getting paid to build something the customer thinks they want, but that we already know will not work to achieve the result they need. We really can help.
